They’re getting lost in the stereo

Unfortunately, this is not the year for a new All Time Low album with frontman Alex Gaskarth confirming that they’d be taking a year off.

In an interview with KROQ at Coachella, Gaskarth and Jack Barakat explained that their plan is to take a year off and then get back to work with everything All Time Low.

However, Gaskarth has confirmed that his future with Simple Creatures, a new co-fronted band with himself and Blink 182’s Mark Hoppus, will not dampen the future of All Time Low “We’re taking a little break, but hopefully by next year we’re going to be ready to go again.”

In the meantime, Alex Gaskarth will be working on Simple Creatures whilst Jack Barakat has confirmed a possible side project, saying “I’m working on a little somethin’ somethin'”

“But the thing is, no matter what, All Time Low loves touring.” Jack added “Alex wants to do his thing, but I’m gonna make him come back. The thing is I was like ‘Alex I want to take the year off, you go do Simple Creatures, I want a break’ and he was like ‘let’s get back in the Fall’ and I’m like dude no – I want to sleep”

Their only scheduled performance as of right now is their performances for 2019 are for Slam Dunk, tickets available here.
