In Collaboration with Fred PerryDitto have assembled 100 Club Stories, a collection of tales from musicians, staff and customers of the legendary venue. Originally opening as The Feldman Swing Club in 1942 – frequented by GIs during the war, initially being a Jazz Club, the venue’s reputation comes from acts that followed. Plenty of huge names over musical history, especially from the punk scene took to the stage of The 100 Club such as The Sex Pistols, The Clash, Siouxsie And The Banshees, The Damned and The Buzzcocks; the venue ultimately aided punk in becoming concreted into British life as a subculture.
