One of the most iconic locations in the history of horror, Camp Crystal Lake is the setting of the smash-hit Friday The 13th film franchise, where Jason Voorhees drowned as a child, his mother went on a murderous rampage, and then Jason took up the mantle of Hollywood’s most recognisable killer.
Friday The 13th was filmed at what’s now a Boy Scouts camp called Camp-No-Be-Bo-Sco, and the camp is opening for a few lucky fans to stay overnight at the place where it all began.
If you do end up wanting to test your luck on Friday the 13th this April, there’ll be two VIP experiences available via a ticket auction, and you can bid until the 27th February
Here’s what you’ll be able to do as a VIP:
‘A limited number of VIP guests will take the regular tour and then continue on an overnight experience at the camp with some exclusive morning activities with our special guest. This will truly be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for hardcore F13 fans.’
The special guest will be Adrienne King, aka Alice Hardy, the first movie’s ‘final girl.’
You can bid for the tickets here.
